Register Microsoft Entra ID application in D365 F&SCM

To connect to D365 F&SCM, you must register the Microsoft Entra ID application in D365 F&SCM.

Steps

1. Go to System administration > Setup > Microsoft Entra ID applications.

2. Click New.

3. In the Client Id field, enter the 'Application (client) ID' of the Microsoft Entra ID app.

4. In the Name field, enter the 'Display name' of the Microsoft Entra ID app.

5. In the User ID field, enter or select a value.

   Note

   Make sure, this user has sufficient rights. You can, for example, use a user with admin rights.

6. Close the page.
