# Publish imported project release

If you have imported a project release as a data entity, you can publish the project release in the current environment. As a result, the project and all related components are created based on the data in the XML file of the project release.

### Steps

1. Go to **Connectivity studio** > **Periodic** > **Version management** > **Release**.
2. In the list, find and select the desired project release.
3. Click **Publish release**.
4. Click **OK**.
5. Close the page.
