Export data quality policy version

You can export a data quality policy version to an XML file. So, you can import it in another D365 F&SCM environment.

If you export a data quality policy version:

• All its settings, like rules, organization assignments, and conditions, are included.

• All its related general setup, like configurable lookups, data patterns, transformation lists, and duplicate check rules are included.

Steps

1. Click Data quality management.

2. On the Data quality policies tab, in the list, click the link of the desired data quality policy.

3. On the Action Pane, click Version.

4. Click Versions.

5. On the dialog, in the list, select the version to be exported.

6. Click Export.

   Note

   The XML file is stored in your default downloads folder.

7. To close the dialog, click Cancel.

8. Close the page.
