# Download field security policy file

When a field security policy is exported in the background, the created XML file is stored in **Download transactions**. You can download the XML file to your local download folder.

### Steps

1. Go to **Dynamic field security management** > **Policies** > **All field security policies**.
2. In the list, find and select the desired field security policy.
3. On the **Action Pane**, click **Deploy**.
4. Click **Download** file.
5. In the list, find and select the desired XML file.
6. Click **Download**.
7. Close the page.
