Manage images

You can use the Security and compliance file share workspace to manage image files that are used in security requests of the Security and compliance studio.


Security administrator Security administrator The security administrator (SysSecSecurityAdministrator) maintains user and security setup in D365 F&SCM, grants the ability to create and maintain security roles, duties, and privileges and the ability to assign users to roles, define role assignment rules, and maintain data security policies. Upload image Upload image In the Security and compliance file share workspace, you can upload image files to be used in security requests. Procedure 1. Click Security management. 2. Click Share. 3. Click the Images tab. 4. Click Upload. 5. Click Browse, to find and select the task recording file to be uploaded. 6. In the File type field, make sure 'Image' is selected. 7. Click OK. Notes For each image file, you can view the:Download and upload history.Preview. Download image Download image In the Security and compliance file share workspace, you can download image files that are used in security requests. Procedure 1. Click Security management. 2. Click Share. 3. Click the Images tab. 4. In the list, find and select the desired record. 5. Click Download. Note: As a result, the file is downloaded to your Downloads folder. Notes For each image file, you can view the:Download and upload history.Preview. Start Start End End
