Data Management Security and Compliance Studio Manage shared files
You can use the Security and compliance file share workspace to manage task recording files that are used in security scenarios of the Security and compliance studio.

The security administrator (SysSecSecurityAdministrator) maintains user and security setup in D365 F&SCM, grants the ability to create and maintain security roles, duties, and privileges and the ability to assign users to roles, define role assignment rules, and maintain data security policies.
Upload task

Upload task recording
In the Security and compliance file share workspace, you can upload task recording files to be used in security scenarios.
Procedure
1. Click Security management.
2. Click Share.
3. On the Task recordings tab, click Upload.
4. Click Browse, to find and select the task recording file to be uploaded.
5. In the File types field, select 'Task recording'.
6. Click OK.
Notes
For each task recording file, you can view the:Download and upload history.Scenarios in which the task recording is used. This can be useful to determine if task recording files can be removed from the Security and compliance file share workspace.

Download task recording
In the Security and compliance file share workspace, you can download task recording files that are used in security scenarios.
Procedure
1. Click Security management.
2. Click Share.
3. On the Task recording tab, in the list, find and select the desired record.
4. Click Download.
Note: As a result, the file is downloaded to your Downloads folder.
Notes
For each task recording file, you can view the:Download and upload history.Scenarios in which the task recording is used. This can be useful to determine if task recording files can be removed from the Security and compliance file share workspace.
