Use the License optimization workspace to:

• Calculate and analyze the number of actual and remaining users for each license type.
• Review, for each license type, the related users.

To optimize licenses, you can also monitor accessed entry points for each user. For each user, you can compare the accessed menu items with the permitted entry points. To limit license costs, you can remove permissions for not-accessed entry points.
