In the Delegate field, enter or select a value. 7. In the Start date/time field, enter a date and time. 8. In the End date/time field, enter a date and time. 9. Select the Enabled check box to activate the delegation rule. 10. In the Comment field, enter a comment that explains why you delegate the work items. 11. Close the page.
