It is important to know which securable objects give access to sensitive data. For these securable object types, you can review which securable objects give access to sensitive data:
1. | Click Security audit. |
2. | View the roles with access to sensitive data. |

3. | View the duties with access to sensitive data. |

4. | View the privileges with access to sensitive data. |

5. | View the users with access to sensitive data. |

6. | Sub-task: Explore sensitive data access in more detail. |
6.1 | Click the Sensitive data access tab of the desired securable object type (one of the above mentioned tabs). |
6.2 | In the list, find and select the desired securable object. |
6.3 | Click Explore. |

For more information on how to use the security explorer, refer to Explorer security configuration. You can also view the full sensitive data access information. To do so, on the Security audit workspace, click the Manage sensitive data access tile. |
6.4 | When you give access to sensitive data, always a reason must be entered. You can view the sensitive data access reasons in the Advanced view of the Security explorer page. You can also filter the securable objects sensitive data access, as shown on the Security explorer page, based on a selected reason. |

6.5 | In the list, find and select the desired reason. |
