You can generate a security history log report for audit or other compliance requirements. These compliance requirements can be internal or external.
1. | Click Security audit. |
2. | Sub-task: Report with selected events. |
2.1 | In the list, find and select the desired events. |
2.2 | Click Audit log report. |
2.3 | In the From date field, enter a date and time. |
2.4 | In the To date field, enter a date and time. |
2.5 | You can change the destination of the report. In these steps, the destination is Screen. |

2.6 | If not yet selected, in the list, select Screen. |
2.7 | Click OK. |
2.8 | You can use the Filter to change the selection for which you generate the report. For these steps, we leave it unchanged. |
  | Expand the Records to include section. |
2.9 | Click Filter. |
2.10 | Click OK. |
2.11 | Click OK. |
3. | Review the generated report as shown on your screen. |

4. | Sub-task: Report for selected roles. |
4.1 | Click the Role history tab. |
4.2 | In the list, find and select the desired roles. |
4.3 | Click Audit log report. |
4.4 | In the From date field, enter a date and time. |
4.5 | In the To date field, enter a date and time. |
4.6 | Click OK. |
4.7 | Review the generated report as shown on your screen. |

5.1 | Click the User history tab. |
5.2 | In the list, find and select the desired users. |
5.3 | Click Audit log report. |
5.4 | In the From date field, enter a date and time. |
5.5 | In the To date field, enter a date and time. |
5.6 | Click OK. |
5.7 | Review the generated report as shown on your screen. |
