You can monitor these types of history in RapidValue:

  • Change history
  • Operations history
  • Data import history

On these actions on records, a change is logged in the change history: Creation of the record. For example, an activity or a flow.Status change.Owner change.Redo translation.Assign gap category to a business process.Assign business process to milestone. Procedure 1. Click Business process management. 2. Click the Change history tab. 3. In the list, find and select the desired record. 4. Click View changed record. 5. Close the page. Notes You can also monitor the change history for a specific record. To do so, open the related page, select the record, and view the Change history FactBox. Monitor operations history Monitor operations history You can monitor the history of operations. For these operations, the results are logged in the operations history: CompareCheck and fixFind and replace Procedure 1. Click Business process management. 2. Click the Operation history tab. 3. In the list, find and select the desired record. 4. Click View details. 5. Close the page. Monitor data import history Monitor data import history You can monitor the history of data imports.
