You can define the business process capability map to indicate the performance of your business processes in several dimensions.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Business strategy.
2.	Click the Capabilities tab.
3.	Click Edit.
4.	In the tree, select 'the desired record'.
5.	Click the Strategy tab.
6.	You can define the business capability type of business processes. You can select from these types: - Strategic - Management - Operational
	In the Type field, select an option.
7.	You can define how business processes perform concerning the company strategy and compared to competitors. You can select from these ranks: - Base - Competitive - Differentiating
	In the Rank field, select an option.
8.	You can define the current maturity level to indicate how well the behaviors and practices, for each business process, result in the desired outcomes in a reliable and sustainable way. You can select from these maturity levels: - Initial - Repeatable - Defined - Manage - Optimizing
	In the Maturity level field, select an option.
9.	You can define the target maturity level to indicate, for each business process, the maturity level you aim for. You can select from these maturity levels: - Initial - Repeatable - Defined - Manage - Optimizing
	In the Target maturity level field, select an option.
10.	Close the page.
