Before you publish a solution to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), you are advised to create the related project in LCS.

Standard procedure

1.	Open LCS: https://lcs.dynamics.com/.
2.	Sign in to LCS.
3.	Create a project.
4.	Close LCS.
