You can selectively import a solution or any part of a solution as defined in a Microsoft Excel file that you created based on the 'RapidValue data entry template'.

| 3.1 | In the Source of XML data field, enter 'File on file share'. |

| 3.2 | In the list, select the uploaded Microsoft Excel (XSLSX) file. |

Note: You can also select another Microsoft Excel (XSLSX) file from the list. These files can be uploaded earlier in the current environment. |
| 3.3 | Click Next. |
| 4. | Sub-task: Select data import mode and analyze Microsoft Excel file. |
| 4.1 | In the Options field, enter 'Selective - Analyze data and specify which existing data to keep/overwrite (safer)'. |
| 4.2 | Click Next. |

Note: As a result, the Microsoft Excel (XSLSX) file is analyzed and its configuration data is compared with the related configuration in the current environment, if any. |
| 5. | Sub-task: Confirm import of existing records. |
| 5.1 | You can keep an existing record in RapidValue without any changes. |
|   | In the list, mark the records with action Overwrite, that you want to keep. |
| 5.2 | Click Keep. |
| 5.3 | You can replace an existing record in RapidValue with the same record in the content package. |
|   | In the list, mark the records with action Keep, that you want to overwrite. |
| 5.4 | Click Overwrite. |
| 5.5 | Click Next. |
| 6. | Review the selection you have made. |
