You can import a solution or any part of a solution, as a new separate solution. You can import from a data file that is created from a RapidValue content package. A data file is an XML file of type rvdata that contains all configuration data of the content package.
As a result of the separate import, none of your existing RapidValue content is overwritten.
The steps in this topic show how to import a data file from a file location on your computer.1. | Click Business process management. |

3.1 | In the Source of XML data field, enter 'File on file share'. |

Note: Click Browse and browse for the data file to be imported. |
3.2 | In the list, select the uploaded data (AXTR) file. |

Note: You can also select another data (AXTR) file from the list. These data files are uploaded or created in the current environment. |
3.3 | Click Next. |
4. | Sub-task: Select data import mode and analyze data file. |
4.1 | In the Options field, enter 'Separate - Import data and separate it from existing data'. |

5. | Sub-task: Define solution name. |
5.1 | You can define a prefix that is applied to all solutions in the data file. |
  | In the Prefix field, type a value. |
5.2 | For each solution in the data file, you can enter a new name or, if you defined a prefix, change the default name. |
  | In the New solution field, type a value. |
5.3 | Click Next. |
6. | Review the selection you have made. |
