Use a module to train, for example, a functional area or a phase in your business processes. Examples: procurement or implementation.
1. | Click Business process training. |
2. | Click the Business processes tab. |
3. | Select the business process based on which you want to generate a module. |
  | In the tree, select 'a business process'. |
4. | Click Generate module. |
5. | The default module name is the name of the selected business process in the hierarchy. You can change this name as desired. |
  | In the Module field, type a value. |
6. | You can generate a module based on only the selected business process or also the business processes beneath it. |
  | Select Yes in the Generate topics and lessons for the children of the selected business process field. |
7. | Define for which business processes an exercise is created. You can select one of these options: - With a flow: exercises are only created for business processes with a flow. - Without a flow: exercises are only created for business processes without a flow. - Always: exercises are created for all business processes that are used to generate the module. |

8. | You can filter the business processes to be added to the generated module. Only the business processes that meet the filter conditions are added to the module. You can use an existing filter or create a filter. To create a filter, click New. Fill in the fields on the General tab, define the conditions on the Conditions tab, and close the page. |
  | Select Yes in the Use filter field. |

9. | In the list, find and select the desired filter. |
