You can export most elements, as defined in RapidValue, to a content package. A content package consists of configuration data that is stored in RapidValue tables in XML format. For each record in a configuration, a line is created in the content package.
1. | Click Business process management. |
2. | On the Solutions tab, in the list, find and select the desired record. |
3. | Click Export. |
4. | In the Content package field, type a value. |
5. | In the Description field, type a value. |

6.1 | Click Share. |
6.2 | On the Content packages tab, in the list, click the link in the desired row. |
6.3 | On the Overview tab, the content package general data is shown. On the Details tab, the lines are shown that are added for each record in the configuration. For each line, you can view the stored data in XML format. |

6.5 | Click Close. |
7. | Sub-task: Share content package. |
7.1 | Only shared content packages can be imported by another D365 FO environment. So, if on import from another environment, a connection is made to the current environment, only the shared content packages are shown and available for import. |

7.2 | Select Yes in the Share field. |
7.3 | Close the page. |
8. | Click OK. |
