When you design an exercise, you can add activities from a flow to the exercise. If you do so, based on the activity, an exercise activity is created.
You can edit an exercise activity. You can, for example, define the data to be used in the exercise, give additional instructions, and define the expected results.


Standard procedure

1. Click Business process training.
2. Click the Business processes tab.
3. Click Design.
4. In the tree, select 'a business process'.
5. Click the Business process exercises tab.
6. In the list, find and select the desired record.
7. Click Edit.
8. Click the Procedure tab.
9. In the Exercise activities section, in the list, find and select the desired exercise activity.
10. Click Edit.
11. In the Description section, you can, for example, change the description, define the data to be used in the exercise, or give additional instructions.
12. Click the Procedure tab.
13. In the Steps section, you can, for example, change existing steps, add steps, or define expected step results.
14. In the Expected results section, you can define the expected results of the exercise activity.
15. Close the page.
