If an exercise is linked to a flow, you can design the exercise based on the flow.
| 1. | Click Business process training. |
| 2. | Click the Business processes tab. |
| 3. | In the tree, select 'a business process'. |
| 4. | Click Design. |
| 5. | Click the Business process exercises tab. |
| 6. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 7. | Click Design. |
| 8. | You can define the prerequisites and preparation instructions for the exercise. |
|   | Expand the Preparation section and enter the prerequisites and preparation instructions. |
| 9. | You can define the expected result of the exercise. |
|   | Expand the Expected result section and enter the expected results. |
| 10. | You can define instructions on how to clean up the data when the exercise is done. |
|   | Expand the Cleanup section and define the cleanup instructions. |
| 11. | On the Flow tab, on the shown flow, click the activities to be included in the exercise. Each clicked activity is added to the Exercise activities section. |

Note: If the flow has a sub-flow, you can click it to add sub-flow activities to the exercise. |
| 12. | Click OK. |
| 13. | Close the page. |
