Use a business process exercise to practice the execution of the business process.
1. | Click Business process training. |
2. | Click the Business processes tab. |
3. | Click Design. |
4. | In the tree, select 'a business process'. |
5. | Click the Business process exercises tab. |
6. | Click Add to open the drop dialog. |
7. | In the Exercise field, type a value. |
8. | If the selected business process has a flow, the Start designer field is shown. By default, it is set to Yes. |
9. | Click OK. |
10. | Sub-task: Design exercise. |
10.1 | In the Description section, enter a description and instructions for the exercise. |
10.2 | You can define the prerequisites and preparation instructions for the exercise. |
  | Expand the Preparation section and enter the prerequisites. |
10.3 | You can define the expected result of the exercise. |
  | Expand the Expected result section and enter the expected results. |
10.4 | You can define instructions on how to clean up the data when the exercise is done. |
  | Expand the Cleanup section and define the cleanup instructions. |
10.5 | On the Flow tab, on the shown flow, click the activities to be included in the exercise. Each clicked activity is added to the Exercise activities section. |

Note: If the flow has a sub-flow, you can click it to add sub-flow activities to the exercise. |
10.6 | Click OK. |
11. | Close the page. |
