Use exercises to practice, for example, the execution of a process as learned in a lesson.

| 2. | Click Exercises. |
| 3. | In the list, find and select the exercise to be copied. |
| 4. | Click New to open the drop dialog. |
| 5. | Click the Copy tab. |
| 6. | In the Solution field, enter or select a value. |
| 7. | In the Exercise field, type a value. |
| 8. | Click OK. |
| 9. | In the list, click the link of the created exercise. |
| 10. | Click Edit. |
| 11. | In the Description section, you can change the exercise description and instructions. |
| 12. | You can change the flow to which the exercise is related. |
|   | In the Flow field, enter or select a value. |
| 13. | You can change the area that is applicable for the exercise. |
|   | In the Area field, enter or select a value. |
| 14. | You can change the process to which the exercise is related. |
|   | In the Process field, enter or select a value. |

Note: Usually, you define the process to which the flow is linked. |
| 15. | You can change the business process to which the exercise is linked. The business process is required to make the exercise available for use in a training. Later, you can assign business process exercises to modules, topics, and lessons in the module hierarchy. |
