Use ownership to indicate which user is responsible for which record.
| 1. | You can change ownership for any RapidValue element. As an example, in this task guide, you change the ownership of a flow. To do so, click Business process modeling. |
| 2. | Click Flows. |
| 3. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 4. | Click Owner to open the drop dialog. |
| 5. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 6. | Click OK. |
| 7. | Close the page. |
On a list page, you can change the owner for several records in one go.
