Assign existing activity as procedure activity

Before you record a scenario or a process flow, usually, you first assign a procedure activity to the relevant business process.

If you want to:

Model a scenario, you assign the procedure activity to a business process of type Scenario.
Record a flow, you can assign the procedure activity to any business process. Usually, this is a business process to which no flow is assigned.

This topic describes how to assign an existing activity as procedure activity.

1.	Click Business process modeling.
2.	Click the Business processes tab.
3.	Click Edit hierarchy.
4.	In the tree, select 'a node'.
5.	Click the Procedure tab.
6.	Click Assign.
7.	On the Existing tab, in the list, find and select the desired activity.
8.	Click OK.
