Monitor data quality policy changes
Application task

To monitor data quality policy changes, you can open the Data quality policy version management page that shows:

  • All data quality policies.
  • For each data quality policy, the latest change set and the change set in the current environment.
  • For each selected data quality policy, the data quality policy change history.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Data quality studio > Inquiries > Version management > Data quality policy version management.
2. To view the version history of a data quality policy, select the desired policy.
  In the list, find and select the desired data quality policy.
 

Note:

In the Description section, below the policies grid, you can view the data quality policy change history.

For each checked-in change set, the dialog shows:

  • The change set number.
  • The check-in date.
  • The user who checked in the change set.
  • The environment from which the change set was checked in.
  • The description entered during check-in, such as a list of changes made to the data quality policy.
