View data quality policy change history or change status

To monitor the data quality policy changes, on the Data quality policy page, you can view, for a data quality policy, its:

1.	Click Data quality management.
2.	On the Data quality policies tab, in the list, click the link of the desired data quality policy.
3.	Sub-task: View data quality policy change history.
3.1	On the Action Pane, click Version.
3.2	You can view the data quality policy change history in a dialog. For each checked-in change set, the dialog shows: The change set number. The check-in date. The user who checked in the change set. The environment from which the change set was checked in. The description entered during check-in, such as a list of changes made to the data quality policy.
	Click Show log.
3.3	Click Close.
4.	Sub-task: View data quality policy change status.
4.1	On the Action Pane, click Version.
4.2	You can show the change status of the selected data quality policy as an info message in the Message bar. The message shows: Whether the data quality policy is checked in or checked out. If checked out, the environment where the policy is checked out. The current change set of the selected data quality policy in the current environment. The latest data quality policy change set.
	Click Show status.
5.	Close the page.
