The main purpose of Get latest on the Data quality policy version management page is to initialize a change-controlled data quality policy in the current environment. If the policy is not available in the environment, you can select it from the list to make it available.

You can also use Get latest in the following cases:

• If the current environment does not have the most recent data quality policy change set, you can get the latest one. This replaces the existing change set with the latest one.
• If you have checked out a data quality policy and made changes, you can undo these changes by selecting Get latest. This also undoes the check-out of the policy.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Data quality studio > Inquiries > Version management > Data quality policy version management.
2.	Select a data quality policy that is not yet available in the current environment. For a data quality policy that is not available in the current environment, the Current change set is '0'.
	In the list, find and select the desired data quality policy.
3.	Click Get latest.
4.	Indicate if you want to continue initializing the selected data quality policy.
	Click Yes.
5.	Close the page.
