You can export a data quality policy version to an XML file. So, you can import it in another Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management environment.

If you export a data quality policy version, all related settings, like rules, organization assignments, and conditions, are included.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Data quality management.
2.	On the Data quality policies tab, in the list, click the link of the desired data quality policy.
3.	On the Action Pane, click Version.
4.	Click Versions.
5.	On the dialog, in the list, select the version to be exported.
6.	Click Export.
	Note: The XML file is stored in your default downloads folder.
7.	To close the dialog, click Cancel.
8.	Close the page.
