As a data quality officer, you can review and process data quality assessment results. A data quality officer can be a:
You can review the full unfiltered list of data quality assessment results.
Using this list, you can:
1. | Go to Data quality studio > Inquiries > Quality assessment exceptions log. |
2. | Sub-task: Review and edit source record. |
2.1 | For each error or warning, you can open the source record to review the error or warning and, if desired, make changes. |
  | In the list, find and select the desired error or warning. |
2.2 | Click Open source record. |

Note: If a Data entry workflow integration exists for the data quality assessment project, you can start a data entry workflow to make the desired changes. To do so, select an entry, and click Run workflow. |
2.3 | If desired, click Edit, and make changes to solve the errors or warnings. |
2.4 | Close the page. |
3. | Sub-task: Change review status to 'Accept deviation'. |
3.1 | With regards to setting the review status, usually, you use the log only to set the review status to 'Accept deviation'. For example, you want to accept the found deviations from the data quality policy rules for now. |
  | In the list, find and select the desired errors and warnings. |
3.2 | Click Change status to open the drop dialog. |
3.3 | In the Review status field, select 'Accept deviation'. |

Note: If desired, you can also select one of the other review statuses. |
3.4 | Define a reason code to explain why you accept the deviation. |
  | In the Reason code field, you can enter or select the desired reason code. |
3.5 | In the Reason notes field, type a value. |
3.6 | Click OK. |
