If a data model is set up and deployed, you can export the data as defined in the data model.
| 1. | Go to Data modeling studio > Data modeling studio > Data models. |
| 2. | In the list, find and select the desired data model. |
| 3. | Click Export. |
| 4. | Sub-task: Run export in batch. |
| 4.1 | Usually, you run the export of data in batch. In the list, these fields are batch-specific: - Job: If filled, a batch job is created for the export group. - State: The standard batch job statuses are shown. |
|   | In the list, find and select the export group for which you want to set up batch processing. |
| 4.2 | To create the batch job, click Schedule. |

Note: If a batch job is already created, you can skip this step. If a batch job exists, it is shown in the Job field. |
| 4.3 | If a batch job is created for an export group, you can define the recurrence of the batch job. |

| 4.4 | Click Recurrence. |
| 4.5 | Define the desired recurrence settings, and click OK. |
| 5. | Sub-task: Optional batch-related options. |
| 5.1 | If you run the export for an export group in batch, and you have defined a recurrence, you can pause the recurrence. |
|   | In the list, find and select the desired export group. |
| 5.2 | Click Pause. |
| 5.3 | If you run the export for an export group in batch, and you have paused the recurrence, you can resume the recurrence. |
|   | In the list, find and select the desired export group. |
| 5.4 | Click Resume. |
| 5.5 | If a batch job is created for an export group, you can run it without a recurrence. For example, to do an intermediate run. |
|   | In the list, find and select the desired export group. |
| 5.6 | Click Run in batch. |
| 5.7 | For each export group with a batch job created, you can view the batch job history. |
|   | In the list, find and select the desired export group. |
| 5.8 | Click History. |
| 5.9 | Close the Batch job history page. |
| 6. | Sub-task: Run direct. |
| 6.1 | You can directly run the export for an export group. No batch job is required to do so. |

Note: You can only continue work when the export is finished. |
| 6.2 | Click Execute. |

Note: If you do a direct export, the value of the State field is not changed. The Status field is related to batch jobs only. |
| 7. | Sub-task: Refresh data on Export dialog. |
| 7.1 | You can refresh the data as shown in the grid on the Export dialog. |
