If you have deployed a data model, you can run the validation.

The validation is done on the target database. Validation checks if, in the target database, the:

• Schema exists that is defined for the data model.
• Target database exists.
• Change tracking is enabled.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Data modeling studio > Data modeling studio > Data models.
2.	In the list, find and select the desired data model with state 'Deployed'.
3.	Click Validate.
