In unusual cases, the check-in/out status can get disturbed in the file storage. You can repair the status in the file storage, based on the workflow template change management table.
1. | Go to Data entry workflow > Inquiries > Version management > Workflow template version management. |
2. | In the list, find and select the desired workflow template. |
3. | Click Fix check files. |
4. | Close the page. |
