For each task, you can define several outbound web service actions. If you run a task, all defined outbound web service actions are run.

| 2. | Click Tasks. |
| 3. | In the list, find and select the desired task. |
| 4. | Expand the Web service section. |
| 5. | Click New. |
| 6. | In the Web service action field, enter or select an outbound web service action. |
| 7. | An outbound web service action has a response message defined. Usually, the target company is defined by the target connector of the response message. You can overrule this target company here. |
|   | In the Target company ID field, enter or select a value. |
| 8. | For each web service action, you can choose one of these actions: - Undefined: A decision must be made to run or skip the web service action. - Run: If the task is run, the web service action is run. - Skip: If the task is run, the web service action is not run. |
|   | In the Action field, select an option. |
| 9. | Close the page. |
| 10. | Close the page. |
