Before deploying the outbound Azure Logic App, test it.

Standard procedure

1.	Run the web service action in D365 F&SCM.
2.	Open the OneDrive folder (as defined for the Create a file action) and check if the file is created. For example, the custgroup.json file as mentioned in the 'Create an Azure Logic App as outbound web service' topic.
3.	Check the runs history of the Azure Logic App.
