In the Connectivity monitor app, the Run History page shows all logged message runs from all related applications.

On the Run History page, you can use several filter and grouping options to define which runs are shown:

  • System views:
    • Today's Performance
    • All runs
    • Failed runs
    • Successful runs
  • Group by: You can group the logged runs by any of the fields of the grid.
  • Field sorting and filtering: You can sort or filter the logged runs by any of the fields.


Standard procedure

1. Open the Connectivity monitor app.
 

Note: You can open the Connectivity monitor app in Microsoft Power Apps or in Microsoft Teams.

2. Select Run History.
3. Apply the desired filtering, grouping, or sorting.
4. You can view the details of a run.
  To view the run details on a:
  • Side pane, select the desired run and click See details.
  • New page, at the right of the desired run, click the arrow (->).
5. You can open the related run in the applicable application. For example, if the run comes from Connectivity studio in D365 FO, you can open the related history record in Connectivity studio.
  On the Details pane or on the Details page, in the URL field, click the globe button.
6. You can mark a connection as starred. You can do so, for example, for connections that need extra attention. As a result, all runs for the starred connection are marked as starred.
  On the Log page, select the desired run and click Mark as starred.
 

Note: If you mark a connection as starred, automatically an environment mapping is created of type 'Star message'.
