You can consider some optional setup for the 'Customer policy'.

So far, you have checked for duplicate customer accounts using a data quality assessment project. You can run the 'Customer_DC' duplicate check rule of type 'Fuzzy matching' manually as well. To do so, set up the dynamic menu form setup. For more information, refer to Define to which forms fuzzy duplicate check rules apply.
Data quality studio > Data quality policies > Data quality policies > Click the link of the 'Customer policy' > Organization assignment tab
By default, a data quality policy version is applied to all organizations as defined in the current D365 F&SCM environment. If you want to apply the 'Customer policy' only to specific organizations, set up the organization assignment for it. For more information, refer to Set up organization assignment.
