Rerun a previous assessment to refresh its results with the latest data, for example after you correct records or import new ones. The rerun keeps the same assessment history record and updates its counts and results.
Prerequisites
A Data Quality Assessment has been run previously and its history record exists.
The associated Data Policy is Active.
Steps
Press Alt+Q to open the Tell Me search.
Enter Validation History and select the page from the results.
Select the existing assessment run you want to repeat.
Select Rerun Batch.
Results
Business Central re-evaluates the applicable records with the current data and updates the run. It recalculates the Records Processed and Failed Records counts, refreshes the Execution Date/Time, and updates the exception log so that corrected issues become Resolved and any remaining or new issues appear as Open. Open the refreshed results with Show Log.
Note
Records previously marked as Accepted Deviation are validated again on a rerun. If the same issue fails again, it is reported again with the status Open.
