1. Clearer name for the manual engineering change orders list

The role center now shows a clearer name for the manual engineering change orders list. The cue previously labeled ECO Manual List now reads Manual Engineering Change Orders.

• Open the manual engineering change orders list from the Manual Engineering Change Orders cue on the role center.

• Recognize the list at a glance because the name matches its content.

2. Clearer name for the processed engineering change orders page

The processed engineering change orders page now uses a descriptive title. The page previously titled ECO Manual List now reads Processed Engineering Change Orders.

Key capabilities:

• Identify processed engineering change orders from the Processed Engineering Change Orders page title.

• Tell manual and processed lists apart without opening them.

3. Revision code and description on the list page

The list page now shows revision details in line. You can see the revision code and description without opening each record.

Key capabilities:

• View the Revision Code and Revision Description columns on the list page.

• Review revision context directly in the list view.

4. Editable user-defined fields on the manual engineering change order header

You can now add user-defined fields to the Manual Engineering Change Order header and edit them. Enter a value on the header, save it, and continue your work.

Key capabilities:

• Add user-defined fields to the Manual Engineering Change Order header.

• Enter and store values in these fields directly on the header.

• Use the stored values in downstream workflows, for example in Power Automate.

5. Creation date on engineering change requests

The engineering change request now shows when it was created. You can see the created date on the request card and the list page.

Key capabilities:

• View the Created Date on the Engineering Change Request card.

• Add the Created Date column to the Engineering Change Request list.

• Identify how long a request has waited before processing.

6. Modified by information on engineering change orders and requests

Engineering change orders and requests now show who last updated the record. You can see this user without page inspection.

Key capabilities:

• View the last modified user on the Engineering Change Order header.

• View the last modified user on the Manual Engineering Change Order header.

• See the last modified user in the Information FactBox.

• Identify who submitted an Engineering Change Request.
