You can print a test report before you post an accrual journal. The test report displays all the journal lines and messages about Anywhere Mobility Solutions errors or missing information that you must correct before posting.
Steps
Fill in an accrual journal.
On the Actions tab, in the Posting group, choose Test Report to see a test report of the accrual journal lines.
Note
You do not need to print a test report. However, if you post immediately and there are several errors to be corrected, you receive messages about them one at a time as the journal lines are checked before posting.
