# Use the Work center template

The **Work center** template integrates Quality Management with work centers. You can use it to report **Machine** type incidents and create a checklist for work centers.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| No. | Select a work center code, or leave the field blank to apply to all work centers. |
| Measurement Template | Select a measurement template. |
