# Use the Resource template

The **Resource** template integrates Quality Management with resources. You can use it to:

- report **Man** type incidents for resources of the type **Person**
- report **Machine** type incidents for resources of the type **Machine**
- create checklists for resources

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| No. | Select a resource code, or leave the field blank to apply to all resources. |
| Measurement Template | Select a measurement template. |

> **Note** To select on the resource type, set a condition (Person/Machine) on the **Type** field in the measurement template.
