The program includes a feature that suggests work orders for preventive maintenance activities. These suggestions are made by looking at preventive maintenance orders that are due on or before a date you specify. Suggested orders are displayed in the PM Worksheet page. You can then instruct the program to create work orders from these suggestions.
Steps
In the search box, enter PM Worksheet, and then choose the related link.
On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Suggest PM Orders.
On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields.
On the Asset FastTab, set filters to select PM orders by asset number, asset type, and/or location code.
On the PM Frequency FastTab, set filters to select PM orders by frequency code and/or frequency type.
Choose OK to start the batch job.
When the batch job finishes, the suggested PM orders are listed in the PM Worksheet.
Clear the Create Order field for Anywhere Mobility Solutions suggested PM orders you do not want to create.
On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Create PM Orders.
The program creates work orders for every suggested PM order with the Create Order field selected.
