# Use the Machine center template

The **Machine center** template integrates Quality Management with machine centers. You can use it to report **Machine** type incidents and create a checklist for machine centers.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| No. | Select a machine center code, or leave the field blank to apply to all machine centers. |
| Measurement Template | Select a measurement template. |
