# Use the Employee template

The **Employee** template integrates Quality Management with employees. You can use it to report **Man** type incidents for employees and to create a checklist for employees.

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| No. | Select an employee code, or leave the field blank to apply to all employees. |
| Measurement Template | Select a measurement template. |
