Undo quantity posting on a posted delivery trip

If you need to correct a shipment quantity posted as part of a delivery trip, you can undo the posting.

Steps

  1. In the search box, enter Delivery Trip History, and then choose the related link.

  2. Search for the delivery trip number with the shipment quantities you want to undo.

    The Posted Documents page displays the shipment lines for the orders shipped as part of the entered delivery trip in the table below the Delivery Trip No. field.

  3. On the Posted Documents tab, select the shipment line or lines you want to correct and choose Settlement.

  4. In the Settlement Wizard, enter the correct quantity shipped and select Finish to post the correction.

Note

When an item is lot-tracked, you may need to correct the tracking information first before posting the settlement.
