The program includes a feature that suggests scheduled accruals. These accrual suggestions are made by looking at scheduled accrual amounts that have not been posted.
Steps
In the search box, enter Scheduled Accrual Journal, and then choose the related link.
On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Suggest Scheduled Accruals to open the Suggest Schd. Accrual Entries page.
Fill in the fields on the Options FastTab.
On the Accrual Plan FastTab, set filters to select scheduled accruals by accrual type, accrual plan number, and/or computation group.
Choose OK to start the batch job.
When the batch job finishes, the scheduled amounts selected for accrual are listed in the scheduled accrual journal.
