If a system is set up so that several users can sell their own set of products, assign that set of products to a supply chain group and link the group to a user. You can set up supply chain groups as codes with one or more users assigned to each one. You can then assign a supply chain group to each item category (including the hierarchy below it) or item, and use the assigned codes to filter items that share the same supply chain group when a user is planning sales activities. ## Steps 1. In the search box, enter **Supply Chain Groups**, and then choose the related link. 2. On the **Home** tab, in the **New** group, choose **New**. 3. On the new line, fill in the fields. ## Related - [Assign users to supply chain groups](/bc-assign-users-to-supply-chain-groups.md) - [Food Manufacturing & Distribution - Core functionality](/bc-food-manufacturing-distribution-core-functionality.md)
