# Set up production sequence codes

You can set up production sequence codes with associated sequence values. Assign production sequence codes to production orders, and the corresponding sequence values can be used to automatically organise production activities.

## Steps

1. In the search box, enter **Production Sequence Codes**, and then choose the related link.
2. On the **Home** tab, in the **New** group, choose **New**.
3. On the new line, fill in the fields.
