# Set up pickup/delivery instructions

Specify instructions for pickup and delivery of transport orders. Link these instructions to a customer, vendor, or location, or to combinations of customer and ship-to address, or vendor and order address. For each line, specify a separate pickup text and delivery text (100 characters).

## Steps

1. Choose the ![Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature](https://cdn.document360.io/da662430-6a41-47b1-8c7e-7e4ac37a9756/Images/Documentation/search_small(3).png) icon (Alt+Q), enter **Pick-up/Delivery Instructions**, and click the relevant link.
2. Click **New** to create an instruction.
