Set up the customer accrual groups used with sales accrual plans as codes with group members comprising customer records. You can then assign a group to an accrual plan, and suggested accruals for the plan are based on sales transactions for the corresponding group members.
Steps
In the search box, enter Customer Groups, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New. The Customer Accrual Group Card page appears.
On the General FastTab, enter a code and a descriptive name in the fields.
On the Lines FastTab, assign the group members.
