The Production Sequence page displays the production activities scheduled to production equipment on a particular date. If conflicts exist between activities or the current production schedule is not optimal, you can adjust their scheduled starting times.
Steps
In the search box, enter Production Sequence, and then choose the related link.
Enter values in the Location and Date fields.
The lines on the Production Sequence page display equipment records based on the values specified in these fields.
Use the Expand icon to display the production activities scheduled to a particular piece of equipment.
Select the production activity you want to resequence.
In the Starting Time field, enter the new time at which you want the activity to begin.
The position of the bar in the Timeline field updates to reflect the adjusted production time. If this adjustment results in scheduling conflicts, they are displayed in red.
If necessary, resolve scheduling conflicts by adjusting the starting times of other production activities.
You can also instruct the program to automatically reschedule production activities assigned to the equipment record.
